Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee engagement while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities:



Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Update and maintain HR records and databases. Participate in organizing workshops, events, and onboarding activities. Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle confidential information professionally. Observe and support HR operations and suggest improvements.

Requirements:



Location: SS15, Subang Jaya (near LRT SS15). Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu with basic Microsoft Office skills. Motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in a team. Education: Diploma or degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.
