Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and more. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop your skills in a fast-paced work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents and conducting orientation sessions.

- Help maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and training details.

- Assist in organizing employee training programs and events.

- Coordinate employee attendance and leave requests.

- Assist with employee engagement activities, such as surveys and events.

- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating HR databases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in learning about HR functions and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
