To assist the Compensation & Benefits Unit in executing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks related to employee remuneration, benefits administration, and statutory compliance, in line with PR1MA's human resource policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in updating and maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and personnel files.
Assist in administering employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
Support the coordination and submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of HR letters, memos, reports, and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
Provide administrative assistance in audits, data validation, and HR reporting exercises.
Participate and assist in HR-related projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Qualification & Experience:
Pursuing a
Bachelor's Degree
in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or any related discipline.
No prior experience required; however, interest in compensation and benefits administration will be an added advantage.
