Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:



Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

2. Employee Records Management:



Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and filing systems.

3. Training and Development:



Assist in organizing internal events or external training sessions to upskill staff in hotel operations.

4. HR Administration:



Perform general administrative tasks including filing, preparing reports, and assisting with other HR-related projects
