We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Relations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing employee relations, understanding labor laws, and supporting conflict resolution within a dynamic organizational environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a productive work environment.
Support the HR team in implementing labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
Help handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions under supervision.
Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and organizing workplace training sessions.
Compile and analyze data related to attendance, labor statistics, and workforce trends.
Participate in meetings and documentation related to union negotiations and employee welfare programs.
Conduct research on labor laws, compliance, and best practices in industrial relations.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to employee relations activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
One internship position available for duration of 3 month(s) and above.
