Assist in updating and maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Support the HR team in monthly payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy.
Help plan, coordinate, and document staff training and development programs.
Assist with recruitment activities including interview scheduling and resume screening.
Prepare, organize, and maintain HR-related documents, letters, and filing systems.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and compliance activities.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Executive or Manager.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Internship period of
at least 3 months

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in both
English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willing to be based in
Kota Tinggi, Johor
