Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Reviewing and assessing an employee\'s work history.
  • Delivering performance evaluations by provide:
  • *Monitoring of related KPIs and referring as and when appropriate
  • *Excellent communication channels (up, down & sideways),
  • *Efficient in essential processes (minimalistic in rules & spreadsheets)
  • *Service to others (e.g. KRoom operations and other teams)
  • Maintain HR System and process
  • To conduct an induction / orientation program for new recruits.
  • Foreign workers management (Mdec/Expats/ Immigration etc)
  • To assist in all Human Resource related and administrative duties
  • Maintain of all types of leave records eg holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering and schemes employee benefits and claims
  • Checking of attendance sheets for all staff
  • Handling of phone calls and general mail services
  • To maintain and upkeep individual employee training records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting Manager
Job Type: Internship Salary: From RM350.00 per month Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
