Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Support the processing of monthly payroll, including data entry, leave/attendance tracking, and documentation
Prepare and file documents such as employment forms, claims, and pay slips
Help respond to basic HR queries from employees regarding policies, leave, and pay
Ensure accurate and timely filing of HR and payroll-related documents
Support in organizing and documenting HR operations processes
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month
