Maintain and update employee records & personnel files (digital + physical).
Enter and update data in HR systems (e.g., attendance, leave, personal details).
Scan and file HR documents.
Support internal engagement activities (team events, wellness programs, staff communications).
Help organize employee surveys or feedback mechanisms.
Assist with tracking probation, appraisals, performance review cycles.
Prepare reports, trackers.
Help coordinate internal training / learning sessions.
Manage logistics (booking venue, sending invites).
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (e.g., policy updates, process improvements).
Help with policy documentation (drafting or updating HR policies).
Support in compliance tasks (e.g., maintaining HR metrics, reporting headcount).
Assist in preparing HR-related monthly or quarterly reports.
Provide administrative assistance (e.g., preparing documents, handling email communications).
Assist with cross-departmental tasks that involve HR.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
