RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments
Updating the in-company data with new staff's information like personal details and employment related documents.
Sustain department records and reports.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Updating the in-company data with new staff's information like personal details and employment related documents.
Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Screening resumes and application forms.
Arrange for an interview for the shortlisted candidate.
Forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally
Helping with various arrangements internally
Dealing with email enquiries
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate to possess at Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
Able to multi-tasks and prioritise duties.
Must have your own laptop
Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
Has good interpersonal skills, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior.
Willing to learn.
