Job Description

• Assist with the ordering/safekeeping of stationery and other general office items.
• Assist in distributing uniforms.
• Assist In Distributing of payslips.
• Support any HR activities.

2. Employee Records and Documents

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the bossi-net system.
• Assist in the documentation of employee files and other HR documents.

3. Training & Development

• Assist in tracking employees\' training records and updating the training database.

4. Others

• To support any other HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, logistics, or equivalent.
