Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:



Migrate data and staff information from physical sources to HRIS. Assist in the maintenance of HC database and record management. Consolidate information for HC database and reports. Perform administrative tasks to support HC initiatives. Prepare relevant HC documents using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Assist in daily office operation work (e.g. filing, photocopies, telephone, and other tasks as required). Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification:



Basic Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with HR emphasis, or related fields.

Experience:

Must be currently seeking a Bachelor Degree or Diploma.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to maintain a high standard of confidentiality. Strong verbal, written, and interactive communication skills. Able to follow instructions, creative, independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start in January 2026.



Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
