Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees and interns.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support training and employee engagement activities, including logistics, attendance, and feedback tracking.
Help manage HR filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure proper documentation.
Participate in HR projects or initiatives assigned by the supervisor.
Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, forms, and correspondence.
