Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring activities including job postings through social media, job portals, and other platforms.
Engage with the third party for career and campus fairs. This includes planning and coordination for pre-event, during the event, and post-event activities.
Assist with resume screening, phone screens, and interviews for store vacancies.
Liaise and follow up with candidates for interview scheduling, documentation, etc.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and training for store staff.
Assist with updating employees' details in HRMS.
Provide administrative support.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR whenever required.
Requirements:
Candidate from Business Admin / Human Resource / Psychological background
Able to commit for 6 months or more.
Location: Head Office, Subang Jaya
Preferred joining date: December 2025
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft office and excel.
Able to work independently and deliver result.
