Implement the full-cycle recruitment process, including collecting departmental hiring requirements, drafting and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling subsequent interview rounds.
Manage candidate selection, confirm joining dates, and issue offer letters.
Ensure onboarding process is smooth including conduct induction for new hires.
Employee Records and Compliance
Maintain accurate and updated employee files, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements.
Training Nomination, Approval, Delivery, and Evaluation
Manage the training nomination and approval processes.
Oversee the delivery of training programs, managing logistics, materials, and facilitator coordination.
Maintain training records.
Requirement :
Pursuing diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or any relevant field.
Internship duration: 4-5 months; Available to start in February/March.
Computer literate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
Can write and speak in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Malaysian.
