Tasks:

• Support in various strategic and operational task from the top management team including but not limited to organizing and attending meetings, supporting management to be well prepared for meetings & taking minutes, producing analysis reports, business reports and presentation slides etc.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor studies and analysis
• Generating reports from single or multiple system inclusive but not limited to CRM and SAP system and do analysis\xe2\x80\xa2
• Cleaning up and maintaining data quality, analyze and study model data sets provided by global standard.
• Tracking news and data of business development within the ASEAN & Oceania region
• Supporting the project office in the planning and execution of both business and digital transformation solutions for the region. Working in multi-teams to execute cross-functional projects involving sales and operations.
• Assist in data migration and creation of dashboard.
• To undertake special assignments & ad hoc functions and events

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree major in Business Administration/ Management/ Operation / Economics or related courses
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Required skill(s):
• Quick learner with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of people.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and its digital platform (Excel, Power Bi, Power Point, power automate, Teams)
• Flexible working remotely and in office setting
