Assist with daily administrative tasks for e-commerce operations, including product uploads and updates on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Support in checking and updating product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels). Help monitor order processing, delivery status, returns, and customer enquiries together with the operations and customer service teams. Assist in organising digital documents, SOPs, workflows, FAQs, and internal files. Support basic reporting and data preparation for sales, stock, and e-commerce performance. Learn and assist in maintaining company standards, especially related to product quality, ready stock, fast delivery, and competitive pricing

Requirement

Diploma / Degree students in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn. Able to work well in a team and follow instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.

What You Will Learn

Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and administration. Exposure to real marketplace management and order fulfilment processes. Understanding of SOPs, workflows, and operational reporting. Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
