Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Raw Materials Management:

  • Learn and engage in assessing raw material functionality (physical, chemical, sensory, microbiological) and reviewing documentation.
  • Gain an understanding of the processes and approval procedures for raw materials within the plant.
  • Acquire project management skills related to raw materials.
  • Undertake assigned tasks/projects under the guidance and supervision of the Category Technologist Lead.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Strong interest in gaining knowledge of Research & Development in Taste & Nutritional ingredients.
  • Gain an overview of Quality Systems, including FSSC, HACCP, GMP, PRP, AIB, and Halal.
  • Adaptable with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English, as well as collaboration skills.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month Benefits:
