Tasks:

• Administrate to schedule IV & follow up with stakeholder
• Prepare offer letter for interns
• Compile documents for new interns
• Ad-hoc task i.e reporting
• Update Intern Tracker

• Improvement of Operation Processes
• Help to update work instructions International Assignement

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in the relevant fields.
• Preferable 6 months of compulsory internship commitment.
• Required language(s): Strong fluent Communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel & Power point skills
• Joining date: January 2024

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): Strong Communication skill, collaborative skill, Analytical skills. Power Bi will be added advantage/intermediates skill in Excel
