Tasks:
- Administrate to schedule IV & follow up with stakeholder
- Prepare offer letter for interns
- Compile documents for new interns
- Ad-hoc task i.e reporting
- Update Intern Tracker
- Improvement of Operation Processes
- Help to update work instructions International Assignement
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in the relevant fields.
- Preferable 6 months of compulsory internship commitment.
- Required language(s): Strong fluent Communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel & Power point skills
- Joining date: January 2024
