Ensure that all personnel files details is key in into HRMS accurately
Key in all the medical receipt into Excel file for record purpose
Assist to verify supporting document in leave application
Filling payroll related supporting document
Assist in maintaining personnel file by ensure all relevant documents is filed accordingly
Compile resignation staff personnel file
Assist in open new file for new employees
Assist to issue HR letters and follow up on the return copy of HR letters
Assist in industrial relation related matters
Role Requirements :
Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferably candidate who could commence December/January.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
