Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To design promotional and advertising material for both Hotel & Club. To ensure that all Hotel & Club's collateral and publications are appropriate, timely, effective, and prepared and produced in line with Corporate Guidelines. To assist the General Manager in ensuring graphic standards of the Hotel & Club as well as consistency and uniformity of all graphics collaterals produced. To provide digital video production for social media content. To liaise with respective departments relating to their photography needs as well as to establish a slide library for the Hotel & Club. To be fully aware of competitor's activities, market trends and developments and provide the General Manager with constant updated and recommended actions. To develop and maintain a central database of all clients to support our marketing activities. (Fax and e-mail blitz, direct mailing etc.). To recommend and contribute towards the promotion of the Hotel & Club and its products. To assist the General Manager in ensuring the Hotel & Club PR/Communication Plan is consistent with the Corporate Marketing Objectives. To develop contacts with key media in the community. To respond to any changes in the departmental function as directed by the industry, company of hotel & golf club. To assist in photo taking during social events or celebrations i.e., Chinese New Year and other activities. To be involved with new ideas in social media marketing for both Hotel & Club. To manage Marcom email and handle all queries efficiently. To assist in designing backdrop artwork for functions as and when requested by Sales Department.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Familiarity with

digital marketing, SEO, and social media management

is an advantage. Proficiency in

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

will be a plus. Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
