To assist with managing growing community of fans on social spaces
Assist in community management and correspondence with customers
Handles internal escalation of feedbacks and follow ups required
Update necessary records and prepare reports required for internal review
Monitor digital movements and happenings of competitors in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines

Role Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing / Journalism /Public Relation or equivalent
Required skill(s) : Good command of language & copywriting skill
Interest or experience in customer service will added advantage
