As an intern in information technology or computer science with a focus on a specific area such as cloud computing, network, cybersecurity, video conferencing, or SaaS, you will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to a range of projects and initiatives related to that area. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and trends
- Assisting with the design, deployment, and management of the specific area of focus
- Assisting with project management and coordination related to the specific area of focus
- Conducting data analysis and reporting
- Currently pursuing a certificate, diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field with a focus on the specific area of focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the technologies and tools related to the specific area of focus
- Familiarity with security and compliance management related to the specific area of focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- Willing to be based at Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
