Job Description
JOB SUMMARY Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide assistance as needed/requested WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 1. SKM/Diploma/Degree in Information Technologyor equivalent. 2. Energetic, dynamic and proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage. 3. Organized and detail-oriented. 4. Excellent in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Creative, fun and positive. Willingness to travel and must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.
