Job Description

:

Install, provision and upgrade PC, laptop/notebook, printer, peripherals, software and etc. Ensure the proper maintenance of computer hardware & peripherals. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop, OS, systems and application issues. Provide user support for the usage of IT equipment. Assist users in the recovery process of any accidentally lost data from the systems. Involve in IT asset and inventory management, and perform housekeeping for the company's IT assets. First level support for IT helpdesk support team. Assist in IT project implementation as and when required. Extend IT support function and fulfil end user request from project site. Any other duties as assigned by management and senior team members. Willing to work in Klang, Selangor and business travel within Malaysia as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Internship duration min. is 10 weeks and not more than 23 weeks. A hardworking, resourceful, independent, multi-tasker, team player and willing to learn. Posses own transport and own accommodation. Working days Mon to Fri from 8a.m. to 5.30p.m. Company location in Jln Batu Tiga Lama (Klang) near I-City Shah Alam.
