We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to technical inquiries from end-users, providing accurate information and guidance.
Manage warranty cases efficiently to resolve customer issues with minimal inconvenience.
Effectively utilize the ticketing system to prioritize and address critical issues based on urgency.
Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide technical assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
