Manage and check daily emails Call and update the infomration to clients. Good problem solving skills Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support Organize and maintain IT resources Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new or improved systems and processes Attend meetings with employees at all levels of the organization and contribute to big picture business discussions Liaise with vendors to source for quotations in accordance with company\xe2\x80\x99s best interest Other value-add assignments and projects in IT as assigned. * Training will be provided
