Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Provide assistance and support to Officer, IT and Administration to ensure proper maintenance of computer peripherals and networking; Record and update PC, telephone extension, network point, CCTV, printer, photostat machine, and door access; Troubleshooting and maintaining any complaints of the network; Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applicants for new deployment; Setting up IT equipment whenever needed; Ensure the IT server room and riser room are tidy and in good condition; Plan and monitor server placement and installation, perform server configuration and prepare server configuration reports; Analyze computer network installation requirements, plan computer network installation, manage computer network installation work and produce computer network installation management reports; Analyze computer system security requirements, plan computer system security controls, implement computer system security controls and produce computer security control reports; Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when required by supervisor.

Qualifications:

DIPLOMA / BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Preferably live nearby Port Klang Internship program duration 3 to 6 months
