Server/Network/Service Desk/Software Developer/WPS

Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems
Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
Contribute to SSC Center technical documentation and participate in write up, document and record
Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request
Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
Perform other duties/projects as assigned

; Requirements: -

A final year student with a Bachelor\'s Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field
Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language
Internship period required 3 months above
Basic knowledge of Windows computer or server support and computer networking
Have self-interest in IT Support / IT Infrastructure
Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills
