Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
Support the IT team in installing and configuring computer systems
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Help manage inventory of IT equipment and accessories
Document IT procedures and assist in creating user manuals
Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity efforts
Provide technical assistance to internal staff
