Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals Support troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Help maintain IT documentation, inventories, and asset tracking Assist with system updates, backups, and security checks Support network administration tasks under supervision Collaborate with team members on IT projects and process improvements
