We are seeking an Intern IT Support to join our dynamic team at ATP SALES & SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a contract position that will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry, specifically in Help Desk & IT Support.
What you'll be doing
Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for end-users
Assisting with the set-up, maintenance and repair of copier hardware and software
Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Documenting IT support activities and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
Participating in IT projects and initiatives as needed

Familiarity with common hardware, software and operating systems
