HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with HR documentation such as employment contracts, policy manuals and others.
Help with HR data management and reporting.
Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Contribute ideas for improving employee satisfaction and promoting a positive work environment.
HR Projects:
Contribute to various HR projects, such as HR process implementations, process improvements, or policy revisions.
Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment..
