What You'll Do



Bring Learning to Life:

Facilitate and assist during training programs to ensure smooth execution and a seamless experience for participants.

Deliver Service Excellence:

Provide logistical and operational support before and during training sessions -- ensuring every program meets Learning Edge's high service standards for Corporate Learning Consultants Sdn. Bhd.

Design Meaningful Learning:

Contribute to the design and development of training content, materials, and resources that make complex concepts simple, engaging, and memorable.

Collaborate for Impact:

Work closely with various departments to understand learning needs and align training programs with organizational goals.

Innovate Learning Tools:

Support the development of new educational games and interactive learning experiences that enhance engagement and retention.

Grow Through Contribution:

Take on additional projects and initiatives related to learning and development -- gaining hands-on experience across the L&D spectrum.

Job Requirements



Commitment:

Minimum 3-6 month internship period. High performing interns that exhibit high professionalism and proactiveness may be absorbed upon the end of the training period.

Start Date:

Immediate or within the next 4 weeks (negotiable).

Education Level:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in

Mass Communication

,

Psychology

,

Education

,

Business Administration

, or a related field.

Experience Level:

Prior experience (academic projects, part-time work, or volunteer involvement) related to training coordination, learning content creation, facilitation support, or event management is an advantage.

Language:

Good command of written and spoken

English

and

Bahasa Melayu

is required for communication.

Soft Skills:

Organized, proactive, and people-oriented. Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
