Department: AGIC - Central Region Claims Hub.
Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?
Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
You'll be responsible for:

• To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails.
• To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
• To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.
• To assist in e-claim receipt update & register medical claims.
• To assist in scanning documents and disposal exercise.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and

when required.
Important to your success

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business

Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics,
Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies

• Applicant must be willing to work in Penang Branch.
• Minimum 3 months internship period.
• Preferably to commence in August 2025.

• A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
