Job Scope

As an intern, you will:

Internal coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, haulage, transport, operations department and other related department and external parties to fulfil agent's or customer's requirements. Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers and agents. Organize workflow to meet the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents timely & accurately. Monitor enquiries from customer or agent has been responded promptly and acted accordingly. Monitor payment receives from customers and agents before shipment delivery or shipment release. Monitor Bill of Lading (BL) status from customers and agents before arrival of shipment. Monitor Notice of Arrival (NOA), manifest and Letter of Indemnity (LOI) with operations. Submission of closed job task for invoicing purpose in a timely manner. Monitor shipment and any other related records have been maintained and updated accordingly. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Interested in gaining hands-on experience in the freight forwarding industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English and Malay. Available for a minimum duration of 6 months.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
