Job Description

Maintain financial records and reports. Manage office administration, including company policies and office organization. Ensure smooth execution of company functions and gatherings. Liaise with vendors to coordinate services, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery. Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation. Support in budget tracking and expense management. Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices for clients. Set and manage meeting calendars, including scheduling and reminders. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities. Assist in booking hotels, flights, and travel arrangements for employees. Track and maintain pantry supplies, inventory, company assets, and office equipment Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation. Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
