Quality Control Intern

What You'll Do:

Assist in incoming inspection of raw and processed materials (e.g., veneer boards, upholstery, metal parts, etc.). Perform in-process inspections during production, including dimensional checks, visual appearance, and assembly quality. Support final inspection before packaging and delivery to ensure product conformity with drawings and quality standards. Record and maintain inspection reports and QC documentation accurately. Support nonconformance reporting (NCR) and follow up with production on corrective actions. Participate in sample approval, color matching, and material verification processes. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process control. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to quality assurance and control.

Who We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of quality inspection and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to work at Kapar, Klang Internship Duration: 3-6months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
