Purpose of the role: Social media has become the go-to channel for customer care, content curation and branding for modern businesses. There\xe2\x80\x99s a reason why keen attention to details to our company\xe2\x80\x99s social accounts is a top priority. As a result, Social Media intern is vital for our brand\xe2\x80\x99s social media effort. Social Media Intern is expected to have strong communication and networking skills, keeping in line with the voice and personality of the brand and company. The ideal candidate will be the creative marketing voice behind all social media platforms for the brand to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 3-6 months Salary: RM700.00 per month Schedule:

- Content creation- writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials and material for social media channel
- Social media marketing- creating, managing and growing the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence through blogs, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other strategically relevant online properties
- Customer relations- responsible for customer support- answering questions however they come in (eg: social media) and managing any online feedback forums if any
- Writing skills- has an aptitude for writing and can clearly convey a message through writing with passion and excitement.
- Social media experience- experience with social media tools, understands Facebook and Instagram for business
- Have a customer service mindset- quick to respond and engage with customers on social media. Always tactful and professional in your approach to represent the BloomThis Brand

- Day shift
- Overtime pay
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
