Job Description

1. Meta Ads & Lead Generation

Help set up, run, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Manage lead generation from ads and ensure all incoming leads are complete and high quality. Assist in checking ad performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and suggest improvements. Collect and organize lead data for the team.

2. WhatsApp AI & Automation

Manage WhatsApp AI for auto-replies, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. Check and update AI message flows to ensure clear, friendly, and effective communication. Report any issues or improvements to increase conversion rates.

3. Sales Support

Assist the sales team with lead follow-up through WhatsApp. Help prepare message scripts, follow-up templates, and FAQ responses. Update and maintain customer databases and monitor lead status.

4. Marketing Support

Help create simple marketing materials such as short copywriting, captions, or content ideas. Support the team with daily, weekly, or monthly marketing activities. Assist in preparing campaign reports.

5. Teamwork & Responsibility

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals. Join discussions, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings. Be willing to learn, adapt quickly, and explore new marketing tools and trends. Keep all customer data and internal company information confidential.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
