Internship Mechanic
Job Description
- Perform vehicle services and repairs on timely and good quality workmanship.
Inspect the vehicle's engine, transmissions, axle, brake, etc to discover functionality issues.
Clean and apply lubricants to vehicle components
Replenish fluids/lubricant
Inspect and doing the adjustment on clucth and brake system
Others work scope as per service manual
- Conduct servicing and repairs aiming for vehicle operarting at maximum reliability and functionality
- Updating the superior on works progress, job been performed and report issues if any
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues accurately with good quality workmanship.
- Repair, service build and assemble the vehicle components according to service manual.
- Maintain of workshop equipment and tools are in good condition.
- Provide accurate estimates (parts to be changes and completion time) of repair or maintenance job to superior.
- Assists on vehicle troubleshooting on reported problems and resolve them accurately in a timely manner.
- Ensuring customers's vehicle are parks at designed parking bays after completed of repairs,
- Carry out Final PDI inspection
- Performing Recall Campaign Jobs
- Undertake other duties as assigned
