MohonKelayakanWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to assist in key HR functions, including contract preparation, candidate interview arrangements, client management, and understanding statutory compliance. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR processes and serves as an excellent opportunity to enhance both technical and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.Location: Work From Home / OfficeDuration: 3 months to 6 monthsCompensation: RM1,000 per monthTanggungjawabKey Responsibilities1. Contract Preparation:

  • Draft and format employment contracts and offer letters in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and organizational guidelines.
  • Manage contract documentation and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
2. Candidate Interview Arrangements:
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
  • Communicate interview details and requirements to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
3. Client Management:
  • Support HR in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Address inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet recruitment and HR process timelines.
4. Statutory Understanding and Compliance:
  • Gain exposure to statutory requirements relevant to employment law and HR practices.
  • Assist in ensuring HR policies and documentation adhere to current regulations.
  • Provide support in audits and compliance reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in human resources, employment law, and client relations.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is an advantage.
  • Availability to commit to the internship period as specified by the company.
