Job Description
Social Media Intern Learn by Carrying Out Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts and posts content.
- Brainstorms with the team for campaign ideas.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn etc.
- Analysed analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
- Provide suggestion to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and become proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- External verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, graphic designing and video editing software
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Current enrolment in diploma/ degree for mass comm, business, marketing
- Duration of the internship programme approximately 3 to 6 months.
