Job Description

To assist in day-to-day HR and Admin operations and activities including Recruitment and Selection, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations & Counselling, and Workers Management Reporting to senior management and performing general secretarial duties including taking dictation, typing, attending to incoming calls, and provide office administrative support. Proper arrangement of business appointments, travel, visas, and accommodation for directors. Taking minutes of Department's meeting and preparing meeting report. Coordinate all activities of the Director and keep a record of all meetings and appointments. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. To attend to Director personal and administrative matters which include checking and compilation of claim, phone bill payment, passport renewal, purchasing of business gift etc. To be responsible for Training and Development. To plan and implement the overall recruitment process. including; Implement and maintain Recruitment Policy. Plans and evaluates the methods for recruiting qualified or suitable candidates for vacant positions.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
