Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer or supplier inquiries.
Support HR-related tasks including attendance tracking and maintaining staff records.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and payment documents.
Update and organize inventory or parts records (in coordination with workshop team).
Help with simple bookkeeping or data entry related to expenses and claims.
Prepare letters, reports, and spreadsheets when needed.
Assist management in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other company activities.
Ensure the office area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
Student in Office Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or related course (Diploma / SKM / Vocational).
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email).
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn multiple aspects of office operations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum internship period:
3 months
(longer preferred).

Kelayakan:
Pelajar dalam bidang Pentadbiran Pejabat, Pengurusan Perniagaan, Perakaunan, atau bidang berkaitan (Diploma / SKM / Vokasional).
Mempunyai kemahiran komputer asas (Word, Excel, dan e-mel).
Bertanggungjawab, teratur, dan berminat untuk belajar pelbagai bidang kerja.
Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga dalam pasukan.
