Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Dealing with clients and suppliers for service proposal, quotation, order and contract.

2. Handle and oversee all the hostel management.

3. Prepare the Purchase Requisition for any payments to the suppliers or service provider.

4. Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys.

5. Manage and monitor office and hostel cleanliness and maintenance.

6. Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon and touch n go card.

7. Manage and handle permit renewals for lorries and other matters related to transportation and vehicle.

8. Communicate with JPJ, APAD, and other requirement needs for lorries and vehicles management.

9. Handle receiving, quality check and return of the new arrival stock

10. Monitor, order and manage office supplies and stock.

11. To conduct any other general ad-hoc tasks assigned.

1.Responsible for full set of accounting and company audit.

2. Oversee the accounts payable which include a review of all invoices, checking and reconciling with supplier statements, following up on incorrect charges and other errors from incoming invoices, and the sales invoicing process.

3. Oversees the account receivable and monitors the collection speed, investigates discrepancies, and recommends appropriate actions

4. Perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time.

5. Communicate with Auditors, Tax consultant, Company secretary to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.

6. Able to handle balance sheet, P&L, and Income Statement, General Leader, Accounts Reconciliation, Banking Operations and deal with the banker occasionally

7. Preparation Yearly Audit, forecast for the company corporate tax, preparation SST and submission including but not limited to e-invoicing.

8. Support budgeting and forecasting activities

9. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

10. Monitor and manage daily financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date records.

11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and processes.

Requirements:



1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Account, Management, or equivalent.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

3. GPA : minimum 3.00

4. Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word And Communication skills.
