Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
Assist HR and management with general office duties
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Manage and monitor office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment
Support in preparing letters, reports, and official correspondence
Assist in sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, and preparing documents for tender submission
Input and manage data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support smooth office workflow
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable with numbers and basic calculations (for quotations/tender comparison)
Able to work independently and as part of a team within tight timelines
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Must provide latest examination results (transcript or result slip)
Internship Allowance & Duration:
Allowance: RM1,000 per month
Minimum internship duration: 6 months
