Renowned as a leading logistics and delivery service company in Thailand, Flash Malaysia Express was established in 2021 with its headquarters in Bangsar South with the aim of delivering seamless logistics solutions tailored to the rapidly evolving demands of Malaysia's E-Commerce sector. Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

Location: Bangsar South

Conduct thorough investigations on incidents involving lost and damaged parcels or other suspicious activities within the vicinity of Service Point Identify root causes and contributing factors through reviewing CCTV footage and propose corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Prepare comprehensive reports with detailed descriptions and analyses of incidents. Update and maintain accurate incident data in our system for investigation and regulatory purposes. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Act swiftly to escalate cases to EHS department for further investigations and provide additional supporting documents upon request. Provide support at front line operations during special occasions.
Incentive: RM20/suspect (COD parcels)

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in

Law Enforcement

,

Enforcement Management

,

Policing

,

Business Administration

, or related fields. Minimum internship period of 2 months

.

Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications Willing to work on rotational shift (5 days per week, rotational off-days)
