Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
Screen and shortlist resumes based on predefined criteria.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and databases.
Interview Coordination
Prepare interview documents and templates.
Liaise with hiring managers for scheduling and interview feedback.
Attend interviews for documentation and observation (if required).
Onboarding & Pre-Employment Process
Assist in document collection and preparation of onboarding materials.
Help coordinate pre-employment medical checks or reference checks if needed.
Talent Sourcing & Engagement
Explore new sourcing channels, such as university portals and job fairs.
Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates.
Administrative Support
Organize and file recruitment documents and employee records.
Assist with other HR operations or events as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Familiar with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to commit for a minimum internship period of [insert months, e.g., 3 months].
Passionate about Human Resources, especially in recruitment and talent acquisition.
